John J. Bolebruch
John Bolebruch has spent nearly 30 years as an investment banker to both large and small industrial, aerospace/defense and consumer product manufacturing companies. He started his banking career in the capital markets area of First Boston in 1983 and subsequently joined the Northeast Industrial Group in investment banking and was made a Managing Director in 1992. Most recently, John initiated and oversaw Sterne Agee's middle market industrial banking practice. He has also been a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch and ING Barings Furman Selz. John has extensive experience in advising companies on M&A strategies and public and private capital markets offerings. He began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in New York. John graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and Economics. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses and has a CPA in New York and Pennsylvania. John was previously a member of the Board of Lehigh's College of Business and Economics and currently Chairs the Board of the Lower East Side Family Union, a child welfare agency, and is a Director of New York State Parks and Trails. |
