Kevin J. Bodnar
Kevin has over 19 years of commercial banking, financial advisory and mezzanine lending experience. He spent 15 years at Summit Bank and FleetBoston Financial (now Bank of America) where his background includes credit risk management, asset recovery, real estate finance, commercial lending, corporate advisory services and mezzanine lending. He has extensive experience in originating, structuring, underwriting and executing middle market transactions. After leaving commercial banking in 2001, he joined Alliance Mezzanine Investors, a $45 million SBIC-licensed fund, where, as a member of the investment committee, he was actively involved in all pre- and post- investment activities for investments to middle market companies with revenues from $5 million to $100 million. Mr. Bodnar serves as President of the Board of Trustees for Volunteer Management Centers, Inc. He is a graduate of Drew University and received his MBA from Seton Hall University. He holds the NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses. |
