- $45M not for profit acute care hospital - Engaged by hospital to assess ongoing viability in light of continuing loan covenant defaults with US Bank.
- $135M multi-state hospice - Engaged by Capital Source to validate regulatory assessment amount in light of request for loan restructure to accommodate payment of assessment.
- $22m not for profit critical access hospital- Engaged by Bank of America to perform an assessment and subsequently hired by the hospital to improve operations and act as CRO.
Interim Management & Operational Restructuring
- $35M 278 bed not for profit CCRC - Engaged by Wesley Enhanced Living as the Interim CEO to stabilize operating performance while a permanent CEO was recruited. Reversed a $1.3M operating loss and returned institution to profitability in 120 days.
- $1.2B Nursing Home Operator – Engaged by secured lender as interim CEO , arranged the sale of 44 nursing and rehabilitation facilities and closing of corporate office. Met client’s timing objective and exceeded client value expectation by 3x.
- $160M Acute Care Hospital – Engaged as interim COO and Vice President of Operations while completing the affiliation with a large in-market health system.
