Corporate Fuel Advisors Completes the Acquisition of Milton Steel Company by Acrow Corporation of America

July 19, 2011 - CORPORATE FUEL ADVISORS (CFA) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Milton Steel Company by Acrow Corporation of America. CFA acted as exclusive advisor to Acrow in this transaction, as well as the refinancing provided by Bank of America in conjunction with the acquisition of their longstanding supplier, and the purchase of new robotic welding equipment.
