Alan Breitman has held various senior financial positions in high growth technology and media companies where his responsibilities included private and public equity financings, corporate development, investor relations, risk management, treasury and human resource management. Most recently he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Metro Lights, LLC, a national outdoor media company, where during his tenure he was responsible for a corporate reorganization and recapitalization which ultimately led to sale of the company. Prior to Metro Lights, LLC, he served as the senior financial officer of register.com, Inc. as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, an international domain name registrar, where through the placement of private and public securities raised in excess of $145MM, managed shareholder and investor relations, completed several acquisitions and negotiated various strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining register.com, Inc. he served as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis for Allaire Corporation, a developer of internet development tools, where his responsibilities included budgeting, financial reporting systems implementations and leading the S-1 registration process. Mr. Breitman has held similar senior financial positions at TechSpace, LLC, Datamedic, Inc., Visibility, Inc. and XTRA Corporation. He began his career in 1992 as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand in Boston, MA where he focused on the financial services, manufacturing and high technology industries.

Alan graduated from Skidmore College with a BS in Business.
