Marc E. Hirschfield
Since joining the firm in 2005, Marc has advised dozens of lower and middle market companies on a variety of projects, including sellside and buyside M&A, debt financings, valuations, restructurings and strategic advisory assignments. His industry experience comprises companies in industrial manufacturing and distribution, transportation, consumer products, and financial, commercial and business services. Prior to Corporate Fuel, Marc worked with Sterne Agee & Leach, Inc. until 2005 devising fixed income research, trade strategies and asset/liability management solutions. Marc began his professional career with the institutional investment management arm of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in 2001. Marc graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA in Finance, and has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he triple specialized in Financial Instruments, Entrepreneurship and Management. He has passed the CFA Level II exam, and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. |
