Cathleen Coté

Corporate Fuel is pleased to announce that Cathleen Coté has joined the firm. Cathleen will head Corporate Fuel's human capital business, addressing the critical imperatives for having the right executive and management talent leading small and middle market companies, whether on a permanent basis or for interim assignments.

Cathleen brings to Corporate Fuel an experienced professional from the talent development industry and more than 25 years of management and marketing experience with leading business services companies. Most recently, she held a senior management role with Lee Hecht Harrison, recognized as one of the Top 10 consulting firms for Leadership Development and a development partner with The Wharton Executive Education Program. While at Lee Hecht Harrison, Cathleen focused the NY operation on bringing talent development, career management and organizational change consulting to companies throughout the Northeast.

In the financial services industry, Cathleen directed sales and service for market leaders RR Donnelley and Bowne in New York and other east coast business centers. She has extensive experience working with top executives and professionals in corporations, law firms and investment banks on capital markets transactions.

Earlier in her career, Cathleen worked in the publishing arena for McGraw-Hill, CBS and Prentice-Hall. At Business Week, she developed strategic planning roundtable conferences for CEOs in Fortune 100 companies on economic, regulatory and international business issues.

Cathleen holds a BA from Pomona College and an MSW from Portland State University.
