Logistics/Airfreight Services: Completed the sale of a privately held third party logistics provider of freight forwarding services to a publicly-traded leader in domestic and international logistics.

Transportation Services: Advised the owners of a $120 million transportation business on their strategic alternatives, including the recapitalization or sale of the business. Successfully completed a recapitalization, including a substantial distribution to shareholders.

Paper Distributor: Advised the owners of a large paper business on an appropriate capital structure and optimum financing alternatives.

Distributor of Food Packaging and Janitorial Supplies: Advised the owner of a $100 million supplier to the foodservice industry.

Food Distributor: Advised a $100 million family-owned food distibutor on the sale of the company to management.

Plumbing and Pump Distributor: Advised owner of a $70 million distributor of pumps and boilers after several challenging acquisitions created defaults in bank lending agreements. Identified interim Financial Officer, negotiated waiver and extension of bank credit, arranged a new credit facility, and helped with selection of new permanent Financial Officer.
